Original Works and Artistic Commissions

Unique Original Works

Original works available for direct purchase may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

• The artwork is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

• It shows no damage, alterations, or tampering.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of error or damage attributable to PanteraSama Studio.

Custom/Personalized Works

Pieces made to order, including:

• portraits,

• sculptures,

• murals,

• conceptual pieces,

• works adapted to specific spaces,

are non-refundable, as they are created exclusively for each client.

However, the process includes:

• sketching stage,

• previously agreed-upon revisions,

• Validation before final production.

This ensures transparency and participation during the creative development.

UX/UI and Design Services

Digital services and consultancies include:

• UX research,

• branding,

• design UI,

• validations,

• workshops,

• web pages,

• visual identity.

Due to the intellectual and personalized nature of the work:

• no refunds are given once the project has started,

• advance payments reserve time and production planning.

In case of cancellation before the project's effective start, a partial refund may be considered.

Digital Products

Digital files, downloadable deliverables, visual resources, or documentation sent electronically are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Works damaged during shipping

1. Contact us within the first 48 hours.

2. Attach photos of the package and the product.

3. We will evaluate replacement, restoration, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Projects can be canceled before production begins. If they have already been completed:

• sketches,

• research,

• conceptualization,

• work meetings,

Hours and resources already used will be deducted.
